We listen, then write down the proposed approach, scope, assumptions and cost — before anyone commits to anything.

The approved Brief becomes a signed agreement covering scope, timeline, deliverables, acceptance criteria and cost.

Progress calls at the cadence that suits you, with direct access to the engineers doing the work.

Delivery & Acceptance
We walk through the delivery with you and support your testing. Anything that's not right, we fix and re-deliver before you sign off.

Every delivery includes a 60-day warranty, with ongoing services to keep your software maintained.
Scope can change — building always reveals something. Either side can raise a Change Order; both sides sign before new work starts.

If something doesn't work as agreed within 60 days of delivery, we fix it at no extra cost.

Fixed price for well-scoped work, time & materials for exploratory work, or a capped not-to-exceed engagement when scope may shift.
