Website Data

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and does not set cookies or store an identifier in your browser, with one exception: the form on the Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. On that page only, Google loads its reCAPTCHA script and may set cookies and collect device and interaction information to determine whether you are a person. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No other page loads third-party scripts.

Assessment Completion and Follow-Up

The AI Maturity Self-Assessment calculates and displays your live result in your browser. You do not need to provide contact details to see it.

When you complete all eight scenarios and the adoption question, the page sends one anonymous completion record to Netlify. It contains the assessment version, adoption category, maturity tier and name, quadrant, dimension tiers, number of “Don't know” answers, and whether a core-practice answer capped the result. The submitted form fields do not contain your name, email address, organisation, role, message or another identifier chosen by SyCel. Netlify may also process standard connection metadata, such as an IP address, when receiving the request. Reloading and completing the assessment again can create another record because the page deliberately stores no identifier to deduplicate visits.

We use these anonymous records to understand whether the assessment is being completed and what broad results it produces. Netlify processes the submissions on our behalf.

Contact details are collected only if you choose to send the follow-up form. That form collects your name, email address, organisation, optional role, organisation size, ways your organisation uses AI, selected engagement, optional message, contact consent, and the assessment answers and result available at that point. We use these details to respond to your explicit request for contact. Netlify processes follow-up submissions, including its automatic Akismet filtering and honeypot protection.

Contact Form

If you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company, the type of help you are after, and your message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Netlify processes the submission on our behalf, including its automatic Akismet spam filtering and honeypot protection, and the Google reCAPTCHA check described above.

Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about potential or existing work.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Data Retention

We retain anonymous assessment completion records for as long as they help us understand use of the screen. We retain enquiry emails, contact form submissions and follow-up requests for as long as needed to respond, deliver or understand the relevant engagement, and manage any resulting business relationship.
